Learners will explore how to identify and report data breaches, understand timelines and legal obligations for notification, and learn best practices for compliance. The training also covers data subject rights — including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection — and guides staff on how to handle requests responsibly. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to safeguard personal data, comply with legal requirements, and build trust with customers and stakeholders.
